BOM Compare Utility - Manufacturing Industry (3 months)

Description: In this project I have developed framework to compare different BOM.





Responsibilities:






• Developed flowchart for the framework.


• Write a code to create framework for comparison of two different BOM.


• Gave demo to client on every development stage of this framework.


• Performed Unit testing and fixed issues occurred during the testing

Change Notice customization - Manufacturing Industry

Description: Customized then change notice workflow as per user requirement





Responsibilities:






• In this project I have customize the workflow as per user requirement.


• Write the code to customize the workflow


• Performed Unit testing, after fixing all issues deployed the changes on Production

SNN Customization - Manufacturing Industry

Description: In this project I have fixed the issues as assigned during Sprint meetings.





Responsibilities:






• In this project we have tickets assigned for every sprint. We have weekly deployment of each tickets developed.


• Sprint tickets are related to customize windchill related functionalities like workflow customization, UI customization, wizard customization etc.


• Once those tickets implemented on test server gave it for testing, after testing completed deployed those tickets to production.

Windchill Custamization Enhancement - Manufacturing Industry

Description: In this project I have worked on enhancement project where we will have quarterly releases.





Responsibilities:






• Understand the BRD


• Have call with business to give the update on enhancement.


• Each enhancement contains various tickets which include workflow customization, UI customization, windchill configuration etc.


• Once enhancement ready for testing then we will deploy it on test server for business testing.


• Once business testing complete we will deploy it on production.

PDMLink Upgrade from 11.0 to 11.2 - Manufacturing Industry

Description: In this project I have upgraded our windchill application from 11.0 to 11.2 on Linux environment.





Responsibilities:






• Worked within team to create workflow of project.


• Presented it to client and get it approved to go for upgrade.


• Rehosted Windchill on Slave nodes


• Debug the issues appeared in upgrade

PDMLink migration from Solaris to RHEL - Manufacturing Industry

Technologies used: Core Java, Shell Script, Windchill, Dynatrace, Jenkins





Description: In this project we have migrated PDMLink application from Solaris environment to RHEL.





Responsibilities:






• Prepared High-level plan of project


• Presented plan to client and other internal teams


• Gathered Hardware requirement and ordered for respective hardware


• Rehosting of PDMLink on new servers


• Customized some utilities as per requirement


• Deploy certificates


• Ported shell scripts to RHEL


• Integrated PDMLink with Dynatrace
