Highlights

I had been started to work from 1993 for EDM (Engineering data management – CAD drawing management/Engineering Document Management). Starting from EDM, I worked for EDM/PDM/PLM service in whole my job experience.

Basically it is same process based on product lifecycle management. I had been studiedbase on several industry production business on several project and got many experiences how to analysis and how focusing to understand customer problem and to be satisfaction.

Most of powerfully I have been clearly understand important point of product lifecycle for several business area. By the result, I can powerfully catch customer requirement and support solution quickly.

I believe I know very well about PLM business more than other person because I have been field business consultant long time. I can service more clear case with customer and explain best solution/demonstration.

PROJECT1: WIK PLM system - Manufacturing Industry (42 months)

    Project Description:

    WIK haven’t been managed BOM and doesn’t have relationship. And also, they had been doing change management manually with global resources which are Germany, Indonesia, Macedonia and China. Basically they had been used CAD management system on Windchill, so I take the system and make solution how to manage BOM and change management. And also, they are working for design/production of OEM/ODM process, so there are very important to manage cost on BOM. It was very different way when they start to change product. We had been check the cost management when design BOM and change process.



    Responsibility:

    Analysis and design for new requirement and make solution for all business. Technical and consulting leader for high level requirements


PROJECT2: Thyssenkrupp Global PLM system - Manufacturing Industry (21 months)

    Projrct Description:

    Thyssenkupp group is making global product lifecycle management process for all around areas. We had been analyzed which process can support for global product implementation process. Supporting for making To-Be process including system process.



    Responsibility:

    Analysis and design for new requirement and make solution for all business. Technical and consulting leader for high level requirements


PROJECT3: Huawei PLM Project (Mobile product management) - Manufacturing Industry (4 months)

    Project Description: 



    (Same role like previous Huawei project) Huawei have several system layers implemented by using Windchill PLM product.Huawei has many big enterprise system architecture for supporting R&D. They still have many kinds of business implementing schedule. Base on the schedule, they really need high level business analysis and designconsultant for enhancing and creating on several layer architecture. I have been supporting for new requirements on consulting leader team which is also working for committee for all integration. And also they have been several system and functional performance problem on business process and technical component section. Majorly I had been analysis problem and make solution to solve their problem.



    Responsibility:

PROJECT4: Midea PLM project - Manufacturing Industry (11 months)

    Project Description: 



    Midea wanted to change all of change process, so they designed new supporting process. In this project, I had been worked to Technical provider.

    Responsibility: 



    Analysis and design for new requirement and make solution for all transfermanufactory data management. Technical and consulting leader for high level requirements.


PROJECT5: Huawei PLM project (Huawei Product Research Center:China) - Manufacturing Industry (30 months)

    Project Description:

PROJECT6: MKS(ALM) technical support in Shanghai (China) - IT Industry (5 months)

    Role Description: Senior Technical support engineer and Asia group leader





    Responsibility:



    Supporting China/Korea/Taiwan, world-wide MKS/Integrity important customer and end-user support for product issue and problem.Also Asia didn’t have MKS/Integrity support team, so I had been managed to create new technical support team in China for MKS/Integrity solution.


PROJECT7: Lenovo E2E Project (China) - Manufacturing Industry (5 months)

    Project Description: 



    Lenovo team had been upgraded PLM system to new service version. Lenovo needed to support all of technical problem before go-living the new system. They also needed to enhance old business process because theirs process had been imbedded IBM manufacturing process. The processactually had been not correct business in China R&D and manufacturing environment.





    Responsibility: 



    Enhance and analysis new R&D, manufacturing and service process for China environment. Additionally supported all high leveltechnical problem and performance management.


PROJECT8: Hitachi Elevator PLM (Japan) - Manufacturing Industry (4 months)

    Project Description:



    Analysis Hitachi Elevator process for integration Asia factories. Finally I designed and supported solution for the integration process using Web-Service (ESI/SOAP)





    Responsibility: 



    Business design for end-data Integration business especially part management


PROJECT9: HKMC Enterprise PLM Project (Poland) - IT Industry (5 months)

    Project Description: 



    HKMC had been outsourcing at Poland for CAD/CAM integration for CATIA. HKMC is huge CATIA customer, so they should integrate PLM system for all CATIA business. However, in Korea, anyone can understand for implementing CATIA integration, so I had been went to Poland for leading implementing team for 3-month.



    Responsibility:



     Design CATIA data business process and leading Implementation team


PROJECT10: Lenovo TPG/IPG Service BOM enhancement (China) - Manufacturing Industry (8 months)

    Project Description:

    Lenovo need to implement Service BOM management on the PLM system. Previously they controlled Service BOM on ERP. However after using PLM it was definitely separated process, so they have much waste time to complete full business process. So they want to all Service BOM area want to be managed on PLM system.



    Responsibility:

    Analysis all Service BOM business and Designed system architecture and Implementation solution for Windchill. Finally manage quality management for all implementing resource.
