• Worked on Service now for Incident management and suggesting process improvements to clients.


• Worked on Data migration and mass uploads via a file upload. Working knowledge on creating test cases and running in Panaya tool for SIT, LITC, UAT, and defects. Handled end-to-end Hypercare activities and hand handed over business.
