Project 1. Long Duration Targeted Improvements (LDTI) - IT Industry (43 months)

Client Description:





                    MetLife is a Life Insurance Company. The Company is extended in worldwide, The Business Extended nearly 50 Country’s in the world. Mainly the company deals with life insurances. In those different types of modules like Auto, Home, Dental, Life, Disability Vision, Accident Health. They have different type’s policies on different products. They are maintained all the customers’ data to build the data warehouse and generating repots for decision making.





Project Description:





This project (LDTI) describes about the FASB issued Accounting Standards update 2018-12, Targeted improvements to the Accounting for Long Duration Contracts (LDTI) which changes the accounting and disclosures for products subjects to it. LDTI revises key elements of the measurement models and disclosure requirements for long duration contracts. The Accounting implementation Management program has been created to manage the implementation of the LDTI and to deliver financial statements by the dates required to it.

Project 2. Analysis of Earnings (AOE) - IT Industry (7 months)

Description:





      The solvency II quarterly Analysis of Earnings is required to explain the movements in the SII (solvency position) between two different quarters. This is not a regulatory requirement however is a key tool to improve the understanding of the deviation between actual and expected experience. Calculating the Risk margin Value. AOE uses 3 sets of primary data that is Actuarial, Finance and Investment to support AOE calculation.
