Windchill Version Upgrade (Version 10.2 to 11) & DB Migration (Oracle to MS SQL) (10 months)

• Rehosting of Production environment to UAT & Test instances. Post upgrade, testing of existing customizations and configurations in new version.

Windchill Enhancements (New Customizations) (5 months)

• Stage 1 - Customizations related to BOM Import functionality, Equivalent link between Manufacturing view and Design view of Windchill part, Type and Attributes management.


• Stage 2 - Development of new custom BOM reports. Stage 3 - Integration between Windchill and ERP system.

BOM creation in Windchill Using RPA(Automation Anywhere) (7 months)

• Finalize input data format for preparation of MBOM structure in Windchill. As per the Business Process flow, included validations and process scope finalization. Close coordination with developer during development, Maintained detailed documentation for entire process

Windchill Enhancements (New Customizations) (9 months)

• Customizations related to Windchill change management process, promotion request flow, workflows, lifecycles as per requirements from client. NX integration with Windchill using workgroup manager.
