WINDCHILL (12 months)

• Worked as a L1/L2 consultant.


• Responsible for Cloud setup for PLM customers which includes installation, configuration, and support for Windchill 10.2-11.2, Critical Patch Set, Index Server, IBM Cognos Business Reporting Tool, CAD Tool Setup.

Administration of the PLM and cloud infrastructure (6 months)

• Worked as a L1/L2 consultant.


• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administration of the PLM and cloud infrastructure for 200+ Customers.


• Responsible to deploy Builds, CPS, and other components as per customer requirement.


• Integration Cloud Windchill with on-premises CAD Authoring applications.


• Responsible to fix the potential production issues.


• Setup the monitor server to ensure business continuity and Production high availability and fault tolerance.

Deployment of the new cloud-based Documents (6 months)

• Worked as a L1/L2 consultant.


• Integration Cloud Windchill with on-premises CAD Authoring applications.


• Responsible to fix the potential production issues.


• Setup the monitor server to ensure business continuity and Production high availability and fault tolerance.


• Developed the new cloud-based Documents publishing architecture for the SaaS based PLM customers where we promise and delivered 2.x speed for Publishing. This big initiative helped to reduce the global cloud infra cost to company, also with this move I managed to get the appreciation from CFO and from several internal and external Stakeholders.


• Worked for some esteemed and Tier0 PLM customers i.e.,Disney, NASA, ABB, M&S, Xylem, Terumo, Disney and many more.
