Description: VLMS is an advanced software solution that streamlines and manages the validation processes crucial to industries with stringent regulatory requirements, such as life sciences. The VLMS serves as a comprehensive platform for planning, executing, documenting, and tracking validation activities. It ensures adherence to regulatory standards, enhances product quality, and maintains impeccable documentation and traceability throughout the validation lifecycle.





Roles & Responsibilities:

Coaching and Mentoring: Guiding the organization level and also for team in adopting Scrum practices and principles. This could include helping them understand the roles, responsibilities, and artifacts of Scrum, as well as assisting in the continuous improvement of their processes.





Facilitating : all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. You ensure that these events are conducted effectively, remain time-boxed, and that all relevant team members actively participate.





Conflict Resolution: In any team, conflicts can arise. As a Scrum Master, you help resolve conflicts and promote a harmonious working environment. You may act as a mediator or guide the team in finding effective solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:






• Agile Team Involvement: Contributed to an Agile team, actively participating in iterative and collaborative practices.


• Scrum Role: Assumed the role of a Scrum practitioner, engaging in stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
