PROJECT1: MoneyGram International-MIA Chatbot  - Finance Industry

    Description:



    MIA is MoneyGram Internationals Virtual Assistant Chatbot. Which is useful to assist both authenticated and unauthenticated users of MGI. All the kind of queries regarding transactions like status, withdraw and cancellation can be done with the help of this chatbot.



    Responsibilities:




    • Understand the requirements and contributing in the development of MIA based on assigned user stories.

    • Participate in design discussion call, meetings. Raise concerns if required. Keep a track of all tasks and activities.



    Technology: Python, Google Cloud Services-CX-Dialogflow, Google Translation API, Vertex-AI.


PROJECT2: Anti-Fraud System-National Bank Oman   - IT Industry

    Description:



    Anti-Fraud System is ruled based web application which is useful to detect fraudulent activities based on financial and non-financial events performed by end users (bank customers). Below listed AI models are integrated with theweb application to enhance the ruled based prediction of the Anti-Fraud System.




    • Anti-Fraud System for Alert Generation: Predictive model based on Artificial Neural Network using customer's data to generate ruled based alerts on customers real time events.

    • Anti-Fraud System for Case Generation Model: Predictive model based on Artificial Neural Network using customer's event data and case analysis data to do binary classification on alert's case generation.

    • Anti-Fraud System-Anomaly Detection: POC for Predictive unsupervised elliptical envelope machine learning model on customer's transactional data to detect fraudulent activity.

    Description:




    • Anti-Money Laundering is a web application provided by Infrasoft technologies to help their clients to track all the illegal money transfer activities happening around. The 3 modules under AML -Customer Onboarding, VRV, SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) are used to track all forms of illegal activities.

    • Predictive model based on machine learning using customer's transactional and non-transactional data from these four modules are used to provides scores on generated alerts to reduce false positive alertsfrom the modules.

    • GRC stands for Governance, Risk and Compliance it is document with a set of processes and procedures to help organizations achieve business objectives, address uncertainty, and act with integrity. Natural Language Processing based AI model POC can help clients to extract the summary of GRC documents.

    • Passport Verification POC model is part of the Anti-Fraud System which can help clients for passport verification on newly onboarded customers.

    • Quality Improvement through reduction of the defects- Finding Blockers/Gaps in data then applying some data preprocessing and finding corrective actions to increase the quality of MAP.
