• Existing and Carryover Axle study to accommodate/assemble motor and transmission in the best feasible way.


• Regular involvement in supplier discussions for design feasibility, DFM, material selection discussions.


• Bracket Design commonization for cost saving.


• 2D Preparations of different sheet metal brackets with GD&T applications.

• Actively working with A&D customers on Mechanism Creations of Bay Doors, Landing Gears, etc.


• Excellent knowledge of Kinematics and Mechanical Simulations in the 3DExperience Platform.


• Resolved issues faced by users on the 3DExperience platform on CATIA-based queries.


• Worked along with customers in modeling NMGs and resolving issues while modeling NMGs.


• Worked on structures of Aircraft and Drone models using the 3DExperience Platform.


• Excellent in-depth knowledge of all the basic and advanced tools in CATIA Sketcher, Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, Drafting, Sheet metal Design, Mechanical Systems Design, Mechanical Systems Experience, Engineering Templates, 3DTolerancing, and Annotation.
