Project-1 - IT Industry (20 months)

Roles & Responsibilities:





 






• Working on priority incidents raised by Business according to the SLA. ▪ On -boarding Partners and configuring systems as required.


• Working with SAP ICH to resolve the incidents related to EPCIS flow to Customer & CMO.


• Working on Change requests raised by Business  and performing testing In Hp ALM.


• Re -Triggering rules and Troubleshooting L4 & L5 serialization issues.


• Resolving the errors raised in VRS portal and Uploading Master data related to US in VRS portal.


• Resolving Saudi Inbound and Outbound flow errors.        


• Working on new interface developments and Enhancements.

• Hands on installation and operational qualification of Optel track & trace equipment’s up to its successful commercialization of packing lines.


• Had experience in review of artworks for various pack style in terms of packaging scenarios and over coding requirements for different.


• Responsible for troubleshooting of critical issues related to Labelling Machine, NKP systems, Recipe creation/updating, application software backup & restore, readiness of   NKP systems for commercial use.


• Review of documents (SAT, FAT, IQ & OQ).


• Worked as team player and shown a remarkable performance.
