Smart Seat Select (6 months)

    Project Description



    Smart Seat Select Application describes the roles below.




    • Administration module role is the overall controller of the smart seat select project. It updates itself as well as other modules. This module is responsible for configuring the application so that this configuration can be used later by the user of the app, authenticating the user profiles.

    • Admin can configure the office seats and meeting rooms so that the user later can use this information for booking purposes.

    • Admin can create users from the client side or they can also import the list of users from an Excel sheet.

    • Admin is also responsible for approving or rejecting the requests generated by the users.

    • Users can log in to the application and book a seat for themselves before coming to work, they can also choose the seat from the available seats.

    • Users can also request a meeting room on any floor for the use of sessions and training purposes.

    • Users can also receive emails on the update of their booking requests, to check if their request is approved or not.



    Responsibilities




    • Interacting with the client to understand the new business requirements and enhancements.

    • Prepare mock screens and get confirmation from the Client.

    • Create a Database Entity and domain model with association and generalization.

    • Import data from Excel and configure the emails which will be sent out using the app.

    • Manage and create Microflows.

    • Create Rules required for application.

    • Design and develop the different web forms and generate different types of reports.

    • Making changes to existing web applications according to the feedback received from the end-users or clients.

    • Present the Demo to Clients.


Leave Management System (13 months)

    Project Description




    • Leave management application is developed for 3 user roles i.e., Admin and the employee and the manager.

    • Admin can add users to the systems like managers and employees.

    • Employee users can view their available leaves and apply for the leaves.

    • The manager can approve or reject the leaves which have been submitted by the employees.

    • The requests and leave records will also be maintained at SAP using the best service.



    Responsibilities




    • Interacting with the stakeholders to understand the new business requirements and enhancements.

    • Prepare mock screens and get confirmation from the Client.

    • Create a Database Entity and domain model with association and generalization.

    • Import data from Excel and configure the emails which will be sent out using the app.

    • Updating the data of application on the SAP platform using the REST service

    • Manage and create Microflows.

    • Create Rules required for application.

    • Design and develop the different web forms and generate different types of reports.

    • Making changes to existing web applications according to the feedback received from the end-users or clients.

    • Present the Demo to Clients.
