HERMES I TICKETS PRIVATE LIMITED is a technology solutions provider addressing the growing needs of the travel, service and hospitality industry. Hermes has developed a travel platform to integrate all travel market segments in India with a goal to simplify ticket distribution procedures and processes.





Roles and Responsibilities:






• To manage a team in the Call centre with a group of 10-13 members.


• Need to focus on the end result, should make the team to perform to deliver high performance.


• Need to update the team on their login(Avaya) reports on daily basis.


• Preparing Analytical Reports using MS Excel with extensive use of Pivots, VLookUP and Other Functions for the monthly review.


• Generating MIS Reports using the tools like Sql, MS Access and Excel.


• Maintain parameters like timeliness of reports, quality, adhoc reports when required and the need for reports to be in quickly understandable format.
