Highlights

Key activities performed in SAP PP, QM, PS, PM and CS modules during the period of 24 years of SAP Implementation and Support Experience. It is for your quick reference:




  1. Current project involved SAP PP and PM module Rollout as well as providing SAP IT support for PP, QM, PM and partially for all other SAP Modules (MM, WM and VMI in the area of (Bug fixing, New functionality development based on configuration, testing training . Developing new interface application for PM Module between OSIsoft PI system and SAP ECC through SAP PO system. Providing SAP IT support for already developed interface application for QM module ( Lab information system) and Web development application used for PP module

  2. I worked in SAP S/4 Hana implementation covering all modules of SAP ( PP, QM, HCM, MM, SD, PM, EHS SRM, ESS & MSS portal , and SRM) at client site , Vishakhapatnam

  3. End to end implementation projects on S4/HANA and other SAP ERP versions where I was involved in implementing SAP PP, PM, PS and QM module in all stages of blueprint, realization, user training, User acceptance testing and preparing all documentation

  4. I also worked with other module for Integration testing (MM, HCM, FICO, PS, SAP PI, BW/BI for various important scenario like subcontracting, Material issue/receipt, Product costing, Time sheet Incoming quality inspection, equipment calibration, Project system and Cost analysis with PS and CO modules

  5. I also have experience/Knowledge on CPM , PPM, EAM, SAP Asset Manager and SAP Field service management which are all the latest applications of SAP

  6. Worked exclusively on SAP document management system ( Document storage, Document linkage to SAP application as well as maintaining versions with the use of third party software called Documentum),

  7. Worked on Zebra Label design and printing using thermal printer. Barcode reader application and .net application interface between SAP and other external device (Camera)

  8. ABAP custom program and enhancement functionalities identification and development in co-ordination with ABAP technical team

  9. Pre sales: RFP documents preparation, developing POC (Proof of Concept) for the suggested SAP solution to the customer

Project1: SAP IT Support Project - IT Industry (9 months)


    • I was working as a SAP PP QM PM consultant for full time end to end SAP IT Support for worldwide locations for the company Novozymes from India remotely. I was also providing SAP IT support for PP, QM and PM module .SAT IT support activities include Bugs fixing, new functional development for all modules, PP module roll out to Mexico and PM module roll out to India location as well developing Interface application between SAP ECC and OSIsoft through SAP PO for PM module are few important regular activities.

    • Providing ABAP development solution to ABAP team for developing application enhancements as well as for report. Modification and for new reports.


Project2: SAP Implementation - IT Industry (14 months)



    • I worked as a SAP PP QM consultant for full end to end SAP implementation at client site (HSL). I involved in PP and QM module business blueprint, Complete PP QM module configuration, User training, Unit testing, and Integration test.




PROJECT 3 : CFMS (Comprehensive Financial Management System) - IT Industry (62 months)

     



    • SAP implementation project having all modules such as PS, MM, FI, HR, Asset management, Quality testing of a multi-location scenario of entire Govt of AP districts. The CFMS project is an SAP portal based application. It is an integrated solution for treasury operation, fund management, Budget management of the state, and Project execution with state and central financed projects, Asset management, and inventory management of the strong room activities of entire AP state. I was coordinating for the integration of external application such as Bank transfer, ZPF legacy, and APGLI legacy with CFMS application

    • I also worked as a lead in Data migration activities. Activities such as collecting data , data mapping, data cleansing and data loading for the entire CFMS project in a specific SAP format for HR module and finance module ( involves, Revenue module, expenditure module, debt and cash management module).

    • I also worked as lead for ABAP development, guiding ABAP team in terms of program design and building the logic based on functional requirements.

    • Worked as a testing lead for the CFMS application, testing both unit testing,performance testing, regression and integration testing scenarios.

    • Document management module configuration for document scanning uploading it into content server and then uploading the document to CFMS application transaction.

    • Implementation of PS Module and Inventory Management in the Govt of Andhra Pradesh as part of CFMS Project implementation

    • Capturing As-Is and Documentation

    • Documenting Blue print document

    • Configuration ( Structuring, Budgeting, Planning, Resourcing, Asset Procurement, Capturing project cost on WBS as well as Network activities, AUC settlement, and Asset Settlement)

PROJECT 4: SAP Implementation - IT Industry (22 months)


    End to end SAP project having all modules PM, PS, MM, FICO, HR, PP, QM and SD module in a multi-location Cement industry – Birla Cement Corporation. It has a portal, developed in .NET technology, and integrated with SD module for most of SD operation (Contract, sales order, delivery, PGI and Collection) But, More focus to me is on PM module QM module and PS module complete implementation. It is an ongoing on- site project.

    4. User acceptance testing ( integration testing with FICO, MM, SD and PM Modules




    5. User training

PROJECT 5: SAP IMplementation - IT Industry (12 months)



    • It is a SAP end to end implementation project. It is configured using onsite off shore Methodology.




    • The project defines the scope of implementing SAP PM, MM, SD, FICO, HR, PS, DMS, PP and legacy applications interface for DART and Granular systems.




    • I am in the role of solution Architect and also a Project lead for configuring DMS, PRT, PS, Inventory Management and Plant Maintenance modules.




PROJECT 6: SAP Implementation - IT Industry (10 months)


    • It was a SAP implementation project for the PM module as an add-on module to the existing SAP system.

    • It was configured using onsite off shore Methodology.

    • The project defines the scope of implementing SAP PM, Mini HR and interface with the existing modules such as FICI, PP, MM modules.

    • It also includes the PM work flow configuration and the BAR-CODE implementation for the warehouse spare parts material.

    • I was in the role of Project manager for the entire SAP implementation and also a Team lead for PM, interface modules, PM work flow and the Zebra BARCODE Modules.


PROJECT7 : SAP Implementation - IT Industry (9 months)


    • It was a SAP Implementation project. The project was implemented using onsite off shore Methodology.

    • The project defines the scope of implementing SAP PM, SAP DMS and replacing the legacy system named ORION.

    • I was in the role of Project manager for the SAP implementation and also a Team lead for PM, and DMS Modules.


PROJECT8: SAP Implementation - IT Industry (13 months)


    • It was a SAP solution development based on the SAP best practices.

    • It was configured using onsite off shore Methodology.

    • The project defines the scope of implementing SAP MM, SM, SD, and FICO, HR, QM, PS, ECM, DMS.

    • I was in the role of Project manager for the SAP implementation and also a Team lead for MM, PP, PS, SM, QM, ECM, DMS Modules.

    • The implementation team was with the size of 10 Members of various skill set and discipline.
