    • Responsible to be a ECC system point of contact from distribution team and leading enhancements and projects.

    • Leading Sales Order Workflow process

    • Working across modules like SD, MM, ABAP (debugging)



     


Project 2. Nokia Networks - IT Industry (22 months)

    Roles & Responsibilities :




    • Responsible to be a ECC system point of contact from distribution team and leading enhancements and projects.

    • Leading BRF+ project and rolling out the solution across globe for billing documents

    • Being part of EWM implementation project core team

    • Involved in designing new supply chain management solution (Post Site configuration is a new delivery model for the project driven supply chain)

    Roles & Responsibilities :




    • Serving as SAP Offshore Functional Lead to assist Onshore Manager in monitoring project performance related to PTP

    • Manage OTC and PTP team which involves sales process, PR/PO Workflow, Sourcing, SLC and SNC

    • Responsible to analyze & solve Critical Issues related to SAP Sales & distribution, Materials Management, Sourcing, SNC and Workflows

    • Resolving Incidents related to MM module and finding route cause for the issue

    • The support also includes timely tracking, managing of problems, corrective action, reporting and proper documentation of each problem ticket as per the quality procedures

    • Working on gathering requirements with onsite counterpart on RICEFW’s.

    • Started working writing Functional Specification Document’s for Custom Smart forms for PO, Contract and Scheduling Agreement.

    • Started working on designing aspects of release strategy based on client requirement.

    Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC) is an independent company with headquarters in Houston. The company, which is not in the business of making a profit, provides well containment equipment and technology in the Deepwater U.S Gulf of Mexico.



    As a leader in Deepwater well containment and technology provider in the Deepwater U.S Gulf of Mexico, the company’s mission is to be continuously ready to respond to a Deepwater well control incident in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.



    Roles & Responsibilities :




    • Resolving Incidents related to MM module and finding route cause for the issue

    • The support also includes timely tracking, managing of problems, corrective action, reporting and proper documentation of each problem ticket as per the quality procedures

    • Managing and resolving tickets through Capgemini Service Manager within the stipulated time to meet the SLA’s and ensure customer satisfaction

    • Preparing the design documents and presentations for process flow.

    • Working on task for the new requirements with the project team from MWCC

    • Configured Release Strategies for purchase requisition and purchase order

    • Successfully implemented the Framework Order processing which includes creation of Framework purchase order followed by maintenance order, purchase requisition and enhancement to convert the PR into service entry sheet automatically through call transaction ME58 method

    • Small screen enhancement in ML81N screen in search help field to make it much easier for user to look for service entry sheet number with specific to vendor

    • Successfully implemented the MRP batch schedule process with reorder point planning according MWCC calendar

    • Working on the PO Form issues according to MWCC requirement

    • Working on new requirements on reports such as difference in time of creation of PR, PR approval time, creation of PO, approver name.

    • Working on configuration documents required to achieve the client’s requirement.

    • Documentation for every customizing and developing activity and performing the testing in Development and Quality environment.

    • Working on gathering the requirement on implementing warehouse management.

    • This project gave me opportunity to explore my skills in Materials Management and warehouse management

    LP Building Products is a leading manufacturer of high-quality building materials. Builders and homeowners use our products primarily in new construction, repair and remodeling, and manufactured housing. LP products are sold through distributors, dealers, professional lumberyards, and retail home centers.

    The following elaborates on the experience gained from this SAP ECC 7.3 Implementation.



    By Teaming up with CG team in Bangalore, I got an opportunity to work parallel with client. In this space I have enhanced myself professionally, functionally, and technically. By working in two projects simultaneously, this project has helped me in building multitasking skills. Worked on Interfaces (Inbound and Outbound).

    • Worked on creating Master Data, configurations from ECC side.

    • Worked on building custom reports such as for STO process, estimating the diversion cost for changing the destination plant to another destination because of change in business requirement or urgency.

    • Worked on RFQ, PO, STO and Scheduling Agreement Forms by closely working with developers for logic and testing.

    • Worked on configurations required to execute the Forms
