• Windchill Support – Export Control Data, Platform Structures and Project Management.

Data Migration (16 months)

• Extract data from legacy system to local machine as per the client requirements.


• Differentiate data into respective folders w.r.t. their families and Products.


• WTDocuments are loaded into Windchill by using custom loader which is developed in-house


• EPMDocuments are first uploaded into WGM and by using custom in-house developed loaderall the documents are checked into Windchill.

• Agenda: Upgrade Windchill 10.1 to Windchill 10.2.


• Solution: Upgraded Windchill from 10.1 to 10.2 for a cluster and conducted test cases

MHawk (20 months)

• Predictive forecasting of license needs can be accomplished using it.


• It has consolidated reporting for multiple serves with centralized administration facility.


• It can be integrated with AD, supports automated import LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) user and organization data like location, email, phone, etc.


• It has the capability to display the number of the unique denied users for a day.


• It has the ability to display the number of users active at a particular point of time accurately in microlevel.


• It has the capability of displaying the top users list and number of licenses being used.

Active Directory – User

• Agenda: Extract a report and disable the users (Contractors and Employees) who are not logged infor morethan 90 days with additional checks like password not set for more than 90 days, part of exclusion groups and automate the script to run monthly.


• Solution: Developed PowerShell script to disable and move the users to an Organizational Unit where disabled users are located.

Online Tender Project (5 months)

• Worked on Online Tender project using Spring MVC and Hibernate.
