• Supporting users with different kinds of requirements through Jira ticket for ETQ Complaint Handling Module.


• Performing Azure data sync on daily basis.


• Creating TID  ,UTD and IA as per requirement.

Reliance ETQ and Arbortext Windchill - Manufacturing Industry

We are supporting and maintaining multiple application for the customer. Responsibility for supporting, enhancing based on requirement for Reliance ETQ and Arbortext Windchill\



Contribution:





• Supporting users with different kinds of requirements like Access Policies, Document rerouting and reassigning, etc by interacting, understanding and resolving their tickets in the defined SLAs for Reliance ETQ and Arbortext.


• Support users with system related issues like system access, attachment issue,etc.


• Bug fixing and minor enhancement by understanding the issue with logs and changing configurations and few code changes. Preparation of OQ,IQ and SCD documents for change enhancements in ETQ.


• Installed FDA Patch(2020 eMDR Accelerated patch - Reliance 2016-2017) successfully.


• Understood the ETQ database structure and developed extraction SQL scripts by joining multiple tables from different schemas to get the desired information for different modules.


• Routine maintenance activities on the server.


• Conducting user training for different modules of ETQ as well as Arbortext Windchill basics.

ETQ Consultant - Manufacturing Industry

Customer wanted integration of Reliance WTQ with SAP S4 system for modules like ACM, SCAR, R&I and NCMR





Contribution:






• Supported the SAP team with understanding the ETQ data model, different modules involved and configurations


• Developed ETQ interface for data migration from SAP to ETQ system for customer and parts profiles.


• Developed ETQ scripts for automating access policy changes for SCAR module.


• Configuration changes of ETQ forms for to accommodate SAP integration.

Migrate all the data from Pilgrim system database to ETQ to make them available to the users on the Inspection Records.
