Description of Project : To provide high speed digital connectivity to Rural India at affordable price. To provide B2B services in a non-discriminatory manner. To facilitate proliferation of broadband services in rural areas so as to foster socio-economic development in line with the vision of ‘Digital India’ programmed which has been launched by government of India with the vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.





 

NATIONAL OPTICAL FIBER NETWORK (Digital India Programme).

Role : ROUTER, SWITCH, SDH, OLT & ONT Equipment’s Installation and Commissioning. Network Planning and Eng Designing, BOQ Preparation, Area Roll out Survey and Construction Management QualityInspection and Motoring user end Services.

Description of Project : The National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) is a project initiated in 2011 and funded by Universal Service Obligation Fund to provide broadband connectivity to over 200,000 gram panchayats of India at an initial cost of ₹200 billion (US$2.9 billion).

EXECUTION NOFN (National Optical Fiber Network) of BBNL under PGCIL (Entire Odisha, 7 District from Phase-I and 3 District from Phase - II) based on the concept of GPON.

Role : Managed activities related to OFC (HDD, OTDR, Splicing, Excavator, Trencher, Labor Deployment,Material Reconciliation, Quality Control, ABD and PHOTO). Preparing All Loss calculation of GPON installing route including ONT and Splitter placement for fiber distribution. Monitoring Splicing Activity and Power test of individual route. Captured all the near misses and major incidents in reports. Imparting guidance to my team and learning along with them for project outsourced to achieve target. Coordination with client on daily basic to understand & resolve issues. Arranging resources in field according to client requirement from time to time. Managing & Analyzing daily reports with team from 10 sites (1500 km) like Attendance, PO Details, Daily working reports, Resources details, Warehouse material inventory etc.
