Role and Responsibilities :





Production Support






• Worked on OTC production support


• Interacting with business users to understand the business requirements.


• Created Enhancements for changes related to order management.


• Working on Priority Incidents to save SLA as per the business agreement.


• Attending CAB meetings when changes moved to production system.


• Created problem tickets for permanent solution to avoid facing issues to the business users.
