Project - 1

    Role : Installation and Implementation of Teamcenter on different servers, Active workspace installation, AWC Administration and Configuration



    Responsibilities : 



    2 Tier Rich client Installation :




    • Installation of Java.

    • System Setup.

    • Installation and configuration of database server (MSSQL).

    • Installing corporate server, Volume server, 2 Tier Rich client and BMIDE using TEM, Teamcenter Environment Manager.



    4 Tier and Rich client Installation : 




    • Installation and configuration of database server (MSSQL).

    • Use Over the Web installer to load ICDs.

    Role : Production Engineer



    Responsibilities :

    • Extensively working on DFMEA, DFX, catalogues, installation instruction

    • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize product performance

    • Working on hazardous and industrial electrical products, participating is different testing, being a part of certification document.

    • Working on reverse engineering products.

    • Working on tolerance stack up during concept modification or design change.

    • Having good exposure of ATEX/IECEx Ex, IEC, NEC testing.

    • Building prototype for testing

Project - 4 (21 months)

    Role : Project Co - Ordinator / Design Engineer



    Responsibilities : 




    • Coordinated project at every stage right from concept development, DAP, execution to delivery.

    • Created 3D models of parts/assemblies and detailing with GD&T, involved in designing of fixture.

    • Worked on different automobile component welding fixture like chassis, muffler, silencer.

Project - 5 (36 months)
