• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Refurbishment processing, Calibration order, Shutdown maintenance, Corrective Maintenance.

Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems / procedures and planning / managing resources.

 Responsibilities & Work:






• Worked as a super User in the Organization, implementation and Rollout of SAP ECC 6.0 in Plant Maintenance Module Using ASAP Methodology – Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support


• Successfully completed requirement gathering with the client and preparing Business Blueprint (BBP)


• Successfully Delivered Configuration solutions of SAP PM Settings as per requirements of the To-Be processes.


• Defined plant maintenance organization structure.


• Default values in work order/notification processing, Notification types, Order types, settlement profile, and master data tab designing, field mandatory.


• Defining number ranges, operation condition, scheduling parameters. Master data and Business processes.


• Configuring & managing the Technical Objects Equipment master, Functional locations, Work Centre, Task list, Maintenance plans, Bill of Material, Class & Characteristics, Measuring points, and counters.


• Task list creation of individual equipment and scheduling Preventive Maintenance.

Role: Associate Consultant SAP PM

 Responsibilities & Work:






• Implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance module using ASAP methodology.


• Company Blueprint Planning for PM.


• Conducted training for the SAP end-users for the client.


• Configuring PM Master Data Records –Planning plant, Functional location Equipment master, Bill of Materials, Work Centre’s and Order types.


• Master Data Creation – Equipment master, Equipment task list, Functional location, BOM.


• Creation of Master data manually OR mass upload via LSMW. Master Data updates.


• PM order Creation, Order Release, confirmations, posting orders, goods issue/receipts.


• Completing PM order Technically (TECO), order settlement, closing PM orders.


• Creation of Permits, Warranties and all types of preventive Maintenance plans.


• Maintenance Plans Scheduling using back ground jobs


• Configuration of Maintenance notifications.


• PM work orders for stock/non-stock items. (Maintenance orders, External services,
