Responsibilities : 






• Expert knowledge on order to cash (OTC) processes.


• Configuration of SD Enterprise Structure and initial customization as per business needs.


• Configured and customized new Sales, Delivery and Billing document types and Number ranges.


• Pricing Experience : Configuration of Condition Types, Condition Tables and Access Sequences , Determining and Maintaining Pricing Procedure and Creation of Condition Records.


• Experience on HP-ALM testing associated to SD module on enhancement projects


• Documented Functional Specifications and worked with technical team to deliver total solutions in SAP SD


• Currently working on S4 hana end-to-end implementation in SAP SD.

Role : SAP SD Consultant





Responsibilities : 






• Functional expertise : Pre-sales activities such as inquiry and quotation, and major business activities such as Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Availability check, Credit Management, Partner Determination, Output Determination and Bill of Materials Configuration.


• Worked closely with technical and functional consultants of other modules to resolve cross - functional issues.


• Investigating the issues and communicating with the users.


• Handling Incidents/Tickets for SD Related Issues.






Role - 1: QAD






• Provided Application Support for QAD MFGPRO ERP on Sales, purchase and Finance to end Users.


• Progress 4GL program Developer. Experience on on-call Production Support, directly communicating with users, resolving day-to-day issues following SLA's.






 Role - 2 : SAP






• Part of the team to migrate MFGPRO to SAP S4 hana end-to- end implementation.


• Worked in SAP SD (OTC) Module.


• Configured OTC process by customized inquiry, quotation, sales order, cash order, rush order, deliveries, post goods issue, billing and release to accounting

• Defining Organization Hierarchy and assigning of Organizational structure Integration with other Modules Customizing of Enterprise Structures.
