    Role and Responsibilities : 



    Executive - Order Management Specialist




    • Order management with Execution till delivery.

    • Daily, Weekly sales & Stock report generation and sharing with Sales team.

    • Inventory Management for fast-moving articles and managing of all Purchase Order and Supply Chain activities.

    • Managing all inbound and outbound order operations.

    • Customer service - reverting to queries from Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.

    • Customer relationship management.

    • Capacity planning and Inventory float for warehouse.

    • Coordinating for New Account Creation /Code opening with different departments.

    • Ensuring that all orders are serviced within 24 hours of receipt.

    • Coordination with factory and production team for on-time delivery.

    • Reverse logistics pick up arrangement.

    Role and Responsibilities : 



    Executive - Customer Service




    • Order management with Execution till delivery.

    • Co-ordination with HQ team for delivery and special production order.

    • Weekly sales & stock report generation and sharing with Sales Team.

    • Vendor Management (PO and Payments).

    • Inventory Management for fast-moving articles and managing of all Purchase Order and Supply Chain activities.

    Executive - Supply Chain Department




    • Supply Chain, Allocation and Distribution of inventory, Logistics and Warehouse operation of major Brands of Benetton, UCB and O12

    • Order management & execution (Base and Reorders) processing, Verification, Authorization, and shuffling/ Changes in orders.

    • Coordination for the dispatch of Merchandise.

    • Ensuring that all reorders are serviced within 24 hours of receipt.

    • Base orders are booked Six month in advance and reorders as and when franchisee required

    • Following up with the commercial teams with respect to the orders, Approvals and Dispatches.

    • Independently handling of Warehouse operations like dispatches, documentation, co-ordination, data feeding, distribution, receipts. (Logistics operation).

    • Tracking daily deliveries of merchandise at warehouse with respect to their Delivery Schedule given by Production.

    • Responsible for Allocation and Distribution of Inventory with respect to Orders. Provide Picklist.

    • Warehouse monitoring- Capacity Planning for work and work float.

    • Responsible for dispatches and for inventory.

    • Coordinating for sale invoicing for the stores, keeping track of value of stock to be dispatched.

    • MIS reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports).

    • Coordinating for New shop/code opening with different departments.

    • Customer service - reverting to queries from Sales & Marketing, Buying and Commercial teams.

    • Ensuring that all reorders are serviced within 24 hours of receipt.

    • Looking after the goods return from stores after EOSS, which includes arranging the road permits and giving the pickup instruction and there after tracking it.

    • Handling all franchisee queries on e-mails or telecom.
